Private messaging is a dampener for group engagement
: "We tried out one professional collectivex group and found that private messaging is dampening the group engagement objective.
Here is what I am suggesting - "It shall be great if private messaging is made optional (let managers decide)."
If managers disallow private messaging, it encourages members to post on the forum increasing the intera.."

Option to choose topics form a desired forum
: "At the summery page in the moduls we have the options to choose Discusions and view Most Recent, New&Notable, Most Popular and to feature a topic.
How about to have an option to feature a forum (discussion forum category) and to be able to show 5,10,20 topics from it?
For example for Champions group site: to feature the topics form "Announc.."
