Downloading all our files from Filing Cabinet

Exporting all files from the File Cabinet is currently not available.  We will advise when this is updated and will be a feature for Groupsite Managers.  Thank you.

This was six months ago, and there seems to be no progress on this. I don't whether your managers think that stopping people exporting their content in one easy step is a good way of preventing people migrating to other platforms, but for me it is a strong motivation to consider migrating. I think the best way to keep your customers is to build a service that let's them do what they need to do with their content.

Richard, thank you for your feedback.  Our developers are currently focusing on bringing a better experience to Groupsite's users. We are progressing with upgrading our platform though some features take longer. This includes exporting content. We have added some exporting capabilities.  Building additional exporting features would take hours and focus from areas where we currently need our developers. If you need files from your file cabinet, you have the ability to download files, and folders to your computers. As opposed to an easy, one click export button, you would need to download each individual file. We do expect to add additional exporting in the future and will advise when this is available.
