Change from Annual Billing to Monthly Billing

Hi All,
Can anyone advise me how to change from annual to monthly billing? I've tried Collectivex's customer/support service but their response time or level of customer service is kinda slow/poor.
Appreciate your help/advise on this.

I'm sorry it had to go this way. Our answer from before the weekend still stands, but nothing got done over the weekend.
Right now it's too early for the rest of our staff (except me - I never sleep these days). I promise that as soon as our staff gets into the office, the person in charge of our billing will immediately take care of this issue.
Thanks Joe and will take your word for it. I do hope that this issue gets resolved as soon as possible to avoid further inconvenience on our part.

Hi, Jun. Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience. Currently, the correction for this is manual (on our end). You should find related details in your email.
Also, we have Ticket #1191 open to make systematic changes. This change will allow users to unsubscribe during the last 30 days of the bundle subscription from within their Groupsite (and without having to write to our Support mailbox in the future).
