Files section Problem

When I click on the Files on menu selection on left column it takes me to Home Folder - Group Files.
Under the Group Files there are subfolders and files. We also have folders under the Home Folder which I am not sure anyone is seeing since they would go directly to subgroup Group Files.
Do I need to move all subfolders under Home Folder into Group Files?

When I try to clean up Group Files by moving files from one folder to another they do not move. For example under Group Files is a folder Ageda with files in it. I tried moving them to Home Files\group files\agenda but they did not go. I want to delete Ageda folder but not lose the files.
