Create Duplicate Groupsites?
: "I need to create multiple groupsites that will be almost identical. Is there any way to create and set up a groupsite the way I want it, then duplicate it and make the few changes I want to? It's very time consuming to go through and attempt to match every change I made to the first site I created. If it's not available yet, is it an easy fix to.."

Subgroup administrator not able to invite new members
: "I have a subgroup and made one of my members an administrator. However, despite me ticking the box that says administrators can invite new members he doesnt get the option to invite members himself.
I tried removing his permissions and then reapplying them - made no difference.
What needs to happen to allow him to invite members?

Champions Group has lost my account details
: "Despite having several groupsite accounts and being logged into them, when I tried to come to the Champions group (which I have been a member of for a couple of years) it doesnt recognize me or my email account etc
Therefore I had to create an entirely new account just to get in here to report the error...
