Promoting members activity

I think this could be done by showing an endorsement badge next to or under avatars in the discussions so more people look at the endorsemen.."

Custom Favorites Icon/ removing undesirables
: "Am having problems getting my custom favorites icon to appear instead of the default. Have tried downloading and saving, but to no avail. I am using a 16x 16 in icon format. It is NOT JPEG, GIF or any other format. Noticed that the default icon is 16X16 icon. What am I doing wrong?
I also LOVE to get rid of or delete the 'Key Connec.."
