Addition of "Practice Area" to Profiles (and Searchable)?

Using the invitation for subgroup invitations
: "The invitation feature for subgroups is confusing. When you click on "Invite Groupsite Members" you get the list of grgoupsite members but are you automatically sending them one of the custom invitations or do they just get a pop-up?"
