Unable to Unsubscribe From Premium Feauture

Module disappeared
: "I had added a wide module to the bottom of the home page (an ad) and indicated that it should appear on all wide margins. However, now it's disappeared from the home page but still appears on the bottom of the calendar page. I want to delete the module/ad now, but it doesn't give me the option to delete/edit a module from the calendar page, only.."
