Module disappeared

I had added a wide module to the bottom of the home page (an ad) and indicated that it should appear on all wide margins. However, now it's disappeared from the home page but still appears on the bottom of the calendar page. I want to delete the module/ad now, but it doesn't give me the option to delete/edit a module from the calendar page, only the home page where I originally placed it.
How do I fix this?

Wide modules are only supported on the summary page (main body area). We do offer a narrow module setting in the sidebar where we allow the narrow sidebar module can be configured to appear on all wide sidebars across the groupsite.
At present, the only content that can appear at the bottom of calendar pages are ads. Perhaps you paid for ad removal and added some content into the footer banner ad slot which is appearing at the bottom of your calendar.
