Gap between widgets

That element scalable, but when I shrink it (I've tried many different heights) everything shifts or I have the same results. Is there something that can be done so the site looks tight?"

URL redirect

It seems to redirect fine in Explorer and Firefox, but when I try it in Safari or Chrome, I land on the url http://teleseminarnation.collectivex.com/sso and it says CollectiveX::Page Not Found.."
