Non managers able to post to "manager only" topics
: "Today I noticed that a new member on my Music PAL Forum posted a message on my Help Files & Tips forum which is reserved only for manager use. It's alwasy been set and still is set for "only managers can post" (approx. wording), but that option is definately selected! Yet it's possible for non-manager members to somehow post to that Discussion f.."

Filter not sticking when paging through profiles
