Filter not sticking when paging through profiles

Hey guys, I noticed today when I filter my members based on one of the questions, I get my subset of members on the first page, but when I hit the next page (or select any other page number) it doesn't keep my filter criteria.

This is happening with the Pending members approval. If I have more than a page to be approved and I approve a member on the 2nd page, the control automatically goes onto the first page.
