Google docs can be incorporated into your Groupsite by using a shareable link to the doc.  Here are two options for sharing the Google doc link with your group's members.

    1.  Use a Shared Link module to post links to the Google docs. You can share up to 15 links in one module. You may have to make adjustments to the Share settings so that your Groupsite members can view the document.

  • How do we compare?

    Posted by Shaun / on 10/01/2015 / 0 Comments

How do we compare to other technology companies?

    How are we different?

We care.  We are 8 real people working really hard to help groups make things happen.

Do we have every feature available on the internet?

Are we going to add that killer app you read about in Wired magazine last month.

    Don't know.

In free Groupsites, all users can upload and download files to and from the Groupsite file cabinet.

Permission controls are under the MANAGER tab, then from the "Group Settings" page select Permission Controls.

    Basic Permission Control

This option can make file cabinet accessibility more open and even allow non-members to down load files.

This is used by Public Groupsites that want as much access as possible.

The options are: "Anyone may download", "Only members may download" or "Default - follows Groupsite visibility".
