Contact Manager Link from Manager Login

I am the Manager of my Group www.OracleERP.org and I could see the Contact Manager Link when I login.Screen shot is below.

This is not an error. What if you want to send an email to all managers of your Groupsite? This is a quick and effective way to be able to do so, so there is really no need to remove the link for managers.
