Sending E-mail blast leads to 404 error

Here's how the error came about.

1. Go to e-mail blast


2. Compose blast


3. Specify, "Create a new discussion from this blast"


4. Send


5. Get 404 error, this url: http://*****.collectivex.com/topic/show/97277


6. But the blast sends properly, and the discussion is created, but under this url: http://*****.collectivex.com/discussion/topic/show/97277
