Where is the Tell the Manager link in email notifications supposed to go? When I click on it from a Message to Managers email, it takes me to our site and has this message:
Report SPAM or Abuse
We're sorry but we can't identify the email that you have received.
If your mail reader only displays plain text email, please make sure that the address for this page is completely intact and/or has been typed in correctly.

Can you forward a copy of one of the offending emails as an attachment to support@collectivex.com? If you can forward an email as an attachment, it will allow us to examine the raw email content - otherwise, it may take longer to track down the source of this issue.
