Letters Truncated/Hidden

I observed that some of the Letters in the Headings are Truncated/Hidden. Not a big deal for me but would like to bring to your notice if you could look at when you get a chance. Here is the Screen shot. In this case some portion of 'Bug' and some portion of 'a' in my Last name were hidden/truncated.

We can increase the allowed height of the header area, but member names within discussion forums is not as simple:
What would you like see to see happen instead of truncation in the latter case? The left-hand side of a discussion post (where the member name is displayed) is a fixed width and making it wider it is not really an option.
