Right Sidebar module bug

Unable to move the "THis group consists of" module to the top of the right column. Every time I refresh the page it resets to the bottom of the column.

Charlie - I can't re-create this problem. The new group site layout has a main body and a sidebar. The main body takes uo 2/3 of the page so you can use a wide module or 2 narrow modules side-by-side. The sidebar handles only narrow modules. You cannot drag modules from the main body to the side-bar. Are you having trouble simply moving a module from the left side of the main body to the right?
