Attach a file not working: XML request error: Not Found (404)

I can't add attachments in Champions. I get the following error and sometimes I just get a white box when I hit the paperclip. I'd add screenshots to show examples but naturally that is not possible right now.

For more insight, my file is in the File Cabinet when I go look there so I was able to upload a file but the "Attach a File" functionality still hangs when trying to load it into a posting. Seems to hang when attempting to load the available files from the file cabinet. I am using IE 7. I tried in FF and it was worse.. no errors just a white box.
