Typo in email notifications

Not really a bug, but in your email notifications, where it says Think this reply is off topic? the word Manager is misspelled. (Maanger)

Thanks for fixing that typo! I noticed. :) Now I have another for you. It is found on the Member Profiles page. Under Comparison (on the right side of the page), it runs the second name into the word "both" (as in Name and nameboth...).
