Discussion Forums re-ordered

On the Discussion Forum category page, I see an icon to the right of "edit" that I'm not sure what it does. It is a cross of arrows. I assumed it meant I could re-order the category order on my discussion forum page, but I can't get it to do anything and there is no mouse-over help text for it, so really not sure what it is supposed to do.

Hi, Chris. I'm doing some housecleaning and see we missed this post a long time ago...
In case you 're still wondering:
If you click on the cross of arrows, a "Reordering Discussion Forums" pop-up window will display. There, you can drag your forums into a new order, and then choose to save your settings.
