Accept button misbehaves - MS Outlook

Hi, following is a mail received against an invite I sent (phdig.collectivex.com).. can you please look into this & advise? - thank you (this is of course the first time this kind of problem's reported from among ~1650 members on our group...)

Clicking on the accept button only causes my Outlook to lock up. This is repeatable and I have to "kill task" to get out of it.

Hmmmm... this is a first. We'll look into it asap. I suspect that it has something to do with the receipts (Donald's) computer.
Has anyone else had this experience with Outlook when joining Groupsites?
