Bug Report Acknowledgements

I have submitted three bug reports and have not gotten any feedback on any. I would appreciate some kind of status even if only that they have been glanced at. Having been in IT I can understand work ques, backlogs, priorities, grease the squeeking wheel etc.
As a user it would make my life easier managing two groups if I had a clue if action will be taken and when. I would even like to know if a bug was not considered important - at least I would know something.

I couldn't agree more Howard...
When I have a problem, I'd like to know that it's being taken care of. A note to say you're working on it and then an update if it takes more than a week or two would go a long way in making sure your customers are satisfied.
Howard and Amie - I agree with you 100%. We could offer up lots of reasons for tardy replies but there are no excuses. You feedback is one of our most valuable resources (especially bug reports!)
