Problem with Rich Text Editor

I'm having a problem with the Rich Text Editor within all the groups. It's automatically taking me to the "Textile" feature instead of allowing us to add photo's and other content. I noticed this issue a week ago and my members have as well. Please advise..

Deena,
Has the latest release of the text editor fixed this issue for you and your members?
No Joe, in fact, it's not working at all..You cannot even start a new discussion item, it keeps defaulting back when you click "Create Topic".. The Email Blast section will show up, however, it's still defaulting to the Textile screen.
Deena,
Now that you're able to create a topic, etc., what's happening on the email blast screen?
Deena,
I'm not able to get this issue to happen for me in IE 7. I'm using it right now.
I'll take a look at your group and see if it's something specific to your group.
Textile is coming up as my first option; switching over to BASIC or ADVANCED gives me the: You need 'IE6 or above, java, etc.' message; which never goes away. This happens with Norton on OR off.
Windows XP, EI7
Thanks for your work, Joe.

Dave,
Which page does this happen to you on? I tested XP / IE7 a few days ago and had no problems - we need to find out how to duplicate this issue in order to fix it.
Joe,
Dave is having the same problem that I'm having in Internet Explorer. When I downloaded the Firefox browser I noticed that editor worked. However, why isn't it working on both browsers?
Deena,
The editor does work in both browsers. However, a small percentage of users are having problems with it in Internet Explorer.
None of our tests using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 have turned up this issue.
We are still working to identify and resolve this issue for all users.
Hi, Joe. It's occuring in any discussion, including this one. Thanks.
Guys,
I figured I'd check this, since I haven't asked yet.
Have either of you tried clearing your browser cache, just in case it's an old version of the editor? The only reason I ask is that I haven't been able to duplicate this issue yet.
We have a brand new Vista machine that I'll be testing on this weekend. The brand new XP machine that we already ran tests on did not yield any errors at all.
I'll keep trying to find the problem, but it's much more difficult if I can't even get the problem to happen for me.
I'm posting this right now using Windows Vista.
It is still working fine.
Can you guys try clearing your browser's cache and let me know what happens?
Guys,
I think I may have finally reproduced this issue using Service Pack 1 of Windows Vista.
Now that someone on our team can actually get this to happen, we can work on getting it fixed.
Guess what?
I can now pull the editor up successfully in Service Pack 1, Windows Vista, IE 7.
I believe that this means that we've successfully implemented a workaround for this Microsoft issue.
Yeah - My Rich Text Editor is working now! You're a genius Joe! I knew you'd discover what the problem was..Thank you so much for working so diligently on this issue Joe, it just shows the customer service quality of CollectiveX..
