Adsense Issue

I have adsense placed throughout my group and though some of the inner pages are showing the ads (footer)...the ads are not showing on the summary page. There is an ad placed at the bottom of the intro/welcome body and at the bottom of the right sidebar (under ideal bite).

Any ideas why these ads are not showing?

should I be emailing or calling direct to receive a response from CollectiveX?
We're investigating your issue. Thanks for your patience.
In order to be able to justify the cost of the custom group, I have to be able to display ads...it's now been about a month of almost no adsense impressions (they worked initially) and almost no revenue.
I appreciate you investigating this problem and I will do my best to wait patiently for a resolution.
Thank You
We're going on almost a month and still no resolution...
Can someone reassure me please
Amie,
You may want to try Commission Junction, Linkworth, and Linkshare. While they don't always look great on CollectiveX--it is hard to switch one out without it affecting the others--at least they work.
Hope this helps.

Amie,
Sorry I didn't quite understand what you've been requesting until a little while ago. You are looking for ads to appear in the footer of your summary page. The reason no ads show in the footer of your summary page is because we don't offer ads on summary page footers. Ads on the summary page have always been sidebar only. All pages within Groupsites that have a sidebars do not have footer ads... just sidebar ads.
I hope this answers your question. Sorry it took so long to recognize that what you've been looking for doesn't exist
Regards,
Clarence

Shaun has finally gotten to the bottom of this, via phone, with Amie.
The issue was that places where AdSense is supposed to work was not working.
The issue has been fixed now, I'm happy to say. Amie, I'm just sorry that it took us so long to get to this!
I went to the-green-group.com and verified that this is working again.
Basically, all that was happening was the HTML purifier was converting comments inside of <script> tags into >-- and --<. If you understand what that means, than you probably can imagine how furious I was to find that out.
