Member profile information not updated in summary

This is on behalf of a member of my group, Cynthia Klapproth. She updated her information in her profile (it shows up correctly there) but her old company still shows up under her name in the Members page (with all the little picture blocks).

I think I see the problem here, and unfortunately I think it may be a bit more involved than it needs to be.
The
member faces list doesn't use extended information like professional
status. So, when you change your professional status to one that
doesn't use "Company Name", the member list doesn't know to omit the
information (which is actually still there in your profile - it's just hidden and not
deleted).
As a quick fix, tell Cynthia to change her status back to "business professional" or something similar, erase the Company Name, and then change the status back to what it was previously.
On our end, we will resolve this shortly - Either we will erase the Company Name for you when you choose a status that does not use it, or we will have the member faces list examine professional status.
I think I'm experiencing a similar problem. I've updated professional bio , but the brief bio (clicking "what others see") has old information that I cannot find a way to change.

Hi, Tommy. You can change your company name (which will appear under your profile picture to other members, if you choose) by clicking on the "Professional Details" link under "My Professional Profile" in the MY SETTINGS > My Profile page. When you do, this change will not be reflected in your Professional Biography.
To update your Professional Bio, click the "Professional Bio" link also located under "My Professional Profile" in the MY SETTINGS > My Profile page:
A new "BioBuilder" page will load where you can find an "Edit your bio" link:
Click the link, make your desired changes and then hit SAVE. Your saved changes should be visible to others, and to you when you click the "View My Profile as others see it" link.

I am facing an unusual problem in my geason63.groupsite.
I sent an invite on 1Sept2010 to Thangiah who used the link in the invite and registered onto the groupsite. He is able to browse and use all the facilities.
But in my Administrator's Summary page, the total number of members has not been updated, his profile page is not locatable and in the pending members list, his mail invite is still shown as pending.
How can this be resolved?
