Email Blast displays in summary page

Minor annoyance but email blasts display on summary page although the link goes nowhere. Perhaps it could say "check your email" so members know it has gone via email.

More than a minor annoyance. Important information goes out in email blasts...but then there's no record! I know that if you create a discussion thread for the email blast then a record is created, but that's not always appropriate and not everyone will realize they need to do this. Gaps in the record can cause misunderstandings, so I think email blasts should be archived somewhere. That would also make it easier to see how many email blasts have been going out so you can have a sense for whether you're overloading people and whether there's anyone who has been overdoing it.
Actually - I second Amy's suggestion about archiving email blasts!
Yes, that would be a good idea to "archive" e-amil blasts.
Currently I make sure I get a copy sent out (along with the whole group list), so I can check it and save it for future reference, but it would be nice to have it auto-archived and then later I could delete the oldest ones as needed to make more room for the newer ones.
Just my 2 cents,
Thanks!

Great suggestions. I'll have the team take a look at it.
Shaun,
Ok, cool... thanks for thinking it over. I'm sure there's more than one solution but the "trick" is to find the best one that will suit most users most of the time.
Easier said then done, right?!
