Show in Directory but Not Show Home Page

I would like the ability to have the subgroup shown in the directory and not be able to see the home page. When the user clicks on it, it will allow you to see a description of what the group is, with a message by the group creator. Maybe how the number of members, etc and then a request to join form. That would be very helpful.

Jeff - I hear the request but we are not set up to work that way. What you may want to do is create a "More" page using our Content Customization option and use that page as a modified Subgroup Directory where you can say as much or as little as you wish about each subgroup. You can even hyperlink to each subgroups homepage from the descriptions if you wish. Here is a post with more on Content Customization that may help: http://champions.groupsite.com/post/content-customization
Hope that makes sense,
Shaun
