Customized member invitations

One of our loyal members noticed that the customized message that they send to invite friends is not going to the invitee. Instead, the default message is sent.

We've updated the non-manager invitations to now be savable just like manager invitations.
For non-managers, everyone will be able to have their own list of custom invitations.
The problem was, since the message was not being saved, the system was just picking the default one.
Also, while we were at it, we took the time to improve usability (for managers too) when working with invitation messages.
