File Folder Names Not Displaying Properly
We are new users and recently uploaded some files to the file cabinet for our members - the file names are longer and they seem to overlap the folder icons on the front page of the file cabinet. Do we have to truncate the folder names, or can you fix this otherwise?
Also is there any way to break file folders down into subfolders? If not, can we number and letter the folder names first and would the system sort them numerically then -- i.e., 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c) etc?
Thank you.

PS I have seen this mentioned elsewhere but it sure would help to be able to load batches of files without having to import them manually one at a time - it's very time consuming when you're reconstructing a year's worth of shared work on the site....

Hi, Bronwyn - Sorry we missed an earlier response. You'll find that longer folder names now truncate and everything renders properly - this was completed under Ticket #1062.
Also, yes, you can create subfolders within folders. Here's a link to a brief video to show you how: http://champions.groupsite.com/post/how-to-add-folders-to-the-file-cabinet-of-a-groupsite
Thanks also for the continued feedback and we agree -- we also look forward to adding bulk upload ability in the future.
