Subscribe to sub-group forum not working

I have a user of our sub-group that clicked on subscribe to the sub-group forum to get all the sub-group messages immediately in email. It isn't working, though. She said she has successfully subscribed to other non-sub-group forums. Not sure how to troubleshoot this.

Any word on a fix for this? My subgroup members are missing emails because they can't subscribe.
I think we are having the same problem. Any word? Is there any way that I can see who has subscribed to a subgroup forum?
Bump... this continues to hamper adoption of our group because people don't know about anything going on in the sub-group. Can we at least get a response to this thread? Thanks so much...
Hi, Chris. Can you write to me at support with the name of the member, the Groupsite and the subgroup they've subscribed to where this is happening?
I'm not able to duplicate the issue you've described and I'd like to check her membership settings in that subgroup.
Liza, can you also provide information for the Groupsite and subgroup where you're experiencing this?
@Nick -- You can see who has subscribed to a subgroup forum by going into the Topic and clicking on the small "show subscribers" link located at the bottom of the original topic post:

@ Liza & Chris -- I received the detail (thank you!) and this has been opened on Ticket #1975.
@Nick - I will post here when we resolve the ticket, but you may want to send along the Groupsite and subgroup where you see this happening, and the name of who reported it to you. I couldn't duplicate the issue, so it may or may not be user-specific.
