When I click on a file in the file cabinet, it prompts me to open that file on my computer rather than give me a URL like it used to. A bug????

Hi, Brian -
A graphic file will open with a URL. A document that's saved in a license-based software format (such as MS Word, Excel, etc.) will prompt you to "open with" the appropriate software, or download to your computer, first.
A PDF is usually treated like a graphic (with a URL). If you have the "View In Browser" feature enabled in your Adobe Acrobat viewer, the viewer will display PDF files inside your Web browser.
If you're having trouble with a file, let us know what Groupsite are you in and the name of the file. We'll take a look. A cursory look shows we aren't seeing broken links in our test Groupsites -- so I've moved this to "closed bugs" - we can reopen if needed.
