Sluggish servers

I don't know if anyone else noticed this but over last few days the response time to my Groupsite has been very slow. In some instances it just freezes, sits there and then loads.

I actively surf the web and all other sites pop in instantly on my 2.5mbit DSL.

yes -- very slow lately -- thought maybe it was just my computer or server.

Same thing today, it is VERY sluggish. I'm actively browsing the net almost half the day and no other sites are responding as slowly as CollectiveX servers.

Yesterday I tried to send invitations to 6 people, once I hit the send button it waited for good 3 minutes before getting an error message from my Groupsite and the invites were not sent. Tried it again and it took another 3 minute but they went out 2nd time around.

Hmmm... really? Our server load isn't especially high. I'll check into it.

Is anyone else experiencing sluggishness over last few days? It is pretty bad today, can't do basic functions on my sites, just sits there and either times out with a CollectiveX error message or loads after couple minutes.

Really? This is very odd. From where we are things are running as smoothly as always. This concerns me. Our server load appears to be fine. We will look into this matter today. If anyone else is currently experiencing problems please let us know ASAP.

We're not aware of any issues on our side.

The site seems pretty fast to me, and I'm on the other side of the country.

Okay next time it happens I'll ping it or traceroute it to see where the latency is.

I thought it would be somewhere on your side because couple times I received a CollectiveX specific error messages.

I didn't have any troubles at my end, although my usage the past week has been less than usual. Haven't heard from any members either about slow connection.

We've upgraded our web servers, so intermittent speed issues should be in the past now.
