Groupsite.com team,
I tried to edit one of the posts and couldn't. Not working with both Firefox 3.5 and Google chrome. The Recent Activity modules is showing that the post is edited, but the changes were not reflected.
Could you please take at look at this asap.

Hi, Sanjay - Hmmm....we weren't able to duplicate this. Is this still happening for you? Any other Champions out there experiencing this?
Diana - This is still happening. Apologies for not putting it right. I could able to edit the post, but the changes are not reflected. Once I say "Edit Post", Change something and preview, the changes are not reflected. It's reverting back to the original post.
Ah! Interesting bug...I am able to duplicate what you describe even in Firefox 3. Works fine if I don't first go to "Preview" - but if I preview first, I do also find that any edits don't "stick." I've opened this on Ticket #1766. I know it's not a perfect solution, but you may want to go staight to a live post with your edits as a temporary workaround! I also updated the description of this topic for others who may be looking....
Diana - Thanks for opening a ticket. Is there a way that we can see the status of all the opening tickets somewhere?
That would be a fantastic addition to Champions Sanjay. Kind of like they have at Get Satisfaction, a pretty sophisticated customer service community platform. Great suggestion.
Brian and Sanjay - I too, would love a nice clean easy list with dates and times on when support tickets were going to be closed. It's not quite that simple.
Here's the reality of things. For over a year, we had a single developer. We are now up to 3 which is fantastic.
These 3 superstars need to stay on top of all bug fixes, enhancement requests as well as strategic platform initiatives that will continue to keep us positioned as the leader in thye social collaboration space.
We take this Champions group very seriously and greatly appreciate the open dialogue it allows us with some of our best customers.
That being said, the most important fix yesterday may get trumped by the new feature that will help 90% of our groups today. It is a very fluid and always moving list of priorities.
Please keep the feedback coming and know that we are always working to keep things working, keep making things better and helping all groups make things happen.
Thanks,
Shaun
Hi, Sanjay -- you should now find that your edits stick after you preview changes to a blog post. Ticket #1766 is closed and I'm moving this to the Closed Bugs forum.
