Recurring events on calendar do not propagate dates correctly

I created two recurring events for the Restaurant Business Group (restaurantbizgroup.collectivex.com) - one for the 2nd Tuesday of every month, the other for the 4th Tuesday of every month. There are two problems I've found so far.

1) The upcoming events widget on the front page is all confused. Today, 9/21/07 it displays that the next couple events are October 9th, October 16th, and November 13th. It *should* display Sept 25th, Oct 9th and Oct 23rd.

2) When looking at the calendar the events are displayed on the correct dates but if you click on a date - for example, Sept 25th, and try to edit the description, it auto-loads in August 28th. That may be the first date I created with the recurring event creator. It didn't even occur to me until just now that I could change the date to be the correct one and it would probably save the edits, I thought I was just locked out of editing events (just so you know what even us internet-savvy people are capable of getting locked into, thought-wise).
