Posting pictures to A Blog

OK I've done other blog sites and I'm haveing issues with posting a picture to a blog here.... is this something(the picture) that needs to be uploaded from something like photobucket or can it come directly from my computer? seems I need to upload to a folder?
when it does post the picture it's huge file and not a thumb nail or a posting size picture. how do I fix this? I see there are options for image size and everythig but I don't see where it would give me options as not to streach the picture a bit lost

Hi, Koren! You can either select a photo that has already been uploaded to the Groupsite File Cabinet or choose a file from your computer (which you can then upload to the File Cabinet before inserting into your blog, which gives your image a web address and allows it to be accessed on the web).
