Error message when trying to send message to Group Managers

On my site when I click on "Contact group managers" and fill out the contact form then press send I get the following error message:

Whups! Sorry, an error has occurred. We have sent an email to the hardworking development team. Please use your 'back' button to go back to where you just were.

Btw I tested this on couple Groupsites on here and same error happens, not just on my Groupsite.

i didnt get the error message - but I also didnt get the actual email either.
Apologies to the managers of this group: I accidentally sent them a test message!
This has been fixed. We're sorry about the delays lately, guys, in getting things resolved.
