Major Server issues since transition to "new" groupsite.com

Over the past 24 hours we have been experiencing total site outages that go in and out, numerous critical errors when navigating through the groupsite, and more. Is groupsites aware of this issue, and has an approximate fix date been set?
Thanks

Matthew - We are painfully aware, and are close to being out of the woods.
As part of the re-branding effort (CollectiveX is now Groupsite.com) we basically had to take the engine out of the plane and replace it with a new one while we were in mid-air. The good news is that this is the kind of thing you do every 3 years, not every 3 days.
We may see a few minor bumps over the next 24 hours then all should be well. Sorry for the hiccups.
One thing we are seeing is a number of browser caching issues. Some of the challenges you are experiencing may go away if you simply clear your browser's cache and re-login to your Groupsite. Stray scripts from previous code deployments sometimes get cached and confuse the browser which does not correctly rendor all elements and functionality of a web page.
Sorry to have to ask for it, but thanks for your patience and understanding.
Shaun
Thanks, Shaun -
I didn't want to chime in on this until I knew you all were getting close to back up and running. Now that I have been able to get in, I noticed that I had to go through a "certificate expired" warning to enter my groups.
I know that firewall issues for our very corporate constituents was something we managed to get square early in the CollectiveX group - which is great because many of them cannot access other online "social networks" at work. Getting this warning and potential blockage alerted me that they might have problems accessing the new site. Will groupsite.com be just as accessible in corporate settings as collectivex.com was?
Thanks!
Stephen - The short answer is Yes. We will have the certificate issue resolved as well.
Shaun
Thanks, Shaun.
I got this message from one of our users:
"Since CollectiveX was 'rebranded' as groupsite, access is blocked at work since it is considered a social networking site."
I am telling them to hold tight - but some are still working off the assumption that they cannot get access at work.
It was a tough day today. Site down for most of the afternoon and early evening. Hope your servers are hanging in there :)
Gareth - thanks for your patience and you can expect today to be a better day!
@Stephen, curious, is that site filtering or content filtering happening? It would be odd if it was the latter since the content of the destination site shouldn't have differed with the domain name change, but likewise site filtering shouldn't have triggered unless they are only allowing sites with explicit definition and denying anything else.
I'm just thinking ahead to avoid some of the same issues for my clients, esp where school system filtering is concerned.
Hi Zen,
This is site-wide, not content (we're definitely ok on content, something as an LGBT organization were are acutely aware of).
Basically, a lot of corporations block "social networking" sites (Facebook, LinkedIn etc) completely from their employees on the network. In the early days of CollectiveX, many of my constituents were unable to access CX at work. I was pleased when the CX team took steps to get on the whitelists, opening access for our folks while at work. Once the switch to Groupsite took place, I began to learn of the site blocking again.
PS - It is one of the reasons here at Out & Equal, we refer to all our Groupsites at "professional networks" rather than "social networks". This aligns well with the Groupsite approach as well. One of the reasons I chose CX in the first place.
