Some images associated with discussions dissappeared

2 images that I had uploaded and associated with a discussion disappeared. I have since replaced them but am interested in whether you have been having problems with this, whether you were moving files around, or whatever.

Did this happen recently? We haven't moved any discussions images around. This is definitely a strange problem.
