Security warnings, revocation? What gives?

Hi... Would someone mind informing me why every time that I log in to my group, http://www.unitedundertakers.com/ I get a security warning about revocation of my certificate. It asks if I want to proceed or not or to view the certificate. I then am asked to install it. I have done this every time. This is getting under my skin and is very exasperating and annoying. Even though the certificate is good until November 2009. Some of my members have wrote to me personally, refusing to visit an unsafe site. Needless to say, I am not happy over this. Any advice? Thanks.

Dr. Trocar,
Just be safe, let me say the following (which I'm guessing you already know): We don't sell SSL certificates and also don't offer any service other than installing SSL certficates that our customers have purchased elsewhere. The expiration date on an SSL certificate is not something that you can modify or configure on installation - it is simply part of the certificate provided to you by the vendor which you bought it from.
In other words, we couldn't change your expiration date even if we wanted to. I wish I could give more help at this point.
The next time you see a screen like that, can you give us a screen shot and also copy-and-paste the URL that you see in your browser's address bar
