News Feed - Edit Bar Missing

Hi there,
I noticed a week or so ago that the News Feeds module on the Home Page of our site stopped reporting items on January 23rd. I thought it might be a temporary bug and have waited a bit to see if it would sort out. It still seems "stuck" (i.e. no reporting after 1/23) and now the module is no longer showing an Edit bar. So, I can't seem to delete the module to try and reload the Feed.
Any thoughts?

Hi there, it's been a week and I haven't heard from anyone on our site bug. Other than reporting on this "Bug Reports" discussion page, does anyone know another way of connecting with the CollectiveX administrators?

Hi, Andrea. I'll try to connect with Shaun to see if he's run into this before. If it's not something we can fix, we'll open a support ticket and see if Joe can take a look.
It shouldn't be that you have to ask twice, but in addition to this forum you can contact the CollectiveX staff through private messaging, or email us at support at CollectiveX.
Andrea - Sorry for the hassle. I successfully reloaded your feed but could not duplicate the problem of not seeing the edit link. What browser version are you using? This shouldn't matter but perhaps we have a browser-specific issue we are dealing with here.

Shaun, it looks like you've successfully reloaded the feed because the information coming through is now current. The Edit bar is still missing, but I'm ok with that as long as the Feed continues to work.
Re browsers, I'm wondering if I didn't cause the problem. I created the site at work, on my work computer using IE6. I may have tried to mess with the News Feed from home on my Mac using Safari. Does that sound like a possible connection?
In any event, at the moment it's working. And my motto is, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Not sure why the feed got "stuck" but how the page renders (i.e., your Edit bar missing) could be a browser issue. We don't recommend IE6. You may want to download an officially supported browser such as Firefox.
Also, a remote possibility: we noticed that you are in 2 Groupsites that are similarly named. Make sure you've switched in to the one where you're a manager; the edit functions are only available when you are the Groupsite creator and/or assigned Manager privileges.
