Problem loading images from file cabinet in summery page

Hello.
I have images which loads on the main page and I store them in the file cabinet. The permitions to the directory are set files to be vissable by non-registred users. Till this morning everithing worked just fine. Today there is a problem with some of the images. Some of them loads and some of the don't. When I go to the File Cabinet and click on them, everithing works just fine. The file is there, the image loads, the permitions are ok... but some of the images don;t load on the summery page?!?!
I have also news feed from other site. Their icon is this: http://www.events.bg/favicon.ico
The image doesn;t loads also. It says that there is no such file?! ....

Files located on other websites we can't help with. We don't have any control over those sites.
Can you give me an example of some files that aren't loading from your file cabinet that you would expect to load for non-registered users?

There are images in the rigt sidebar. Here are the url to those, which doesn't load:

When I go and open them from the file cabinet, there is no problem.
About the external image: There is no problem with it. I am able ot load it separetly. But when it is in RSS News module, it doesn;t load. I assume that this is because it is .ico? Am I right? Can you do something about that?

Try them now and let me know if it still isn't working. (I think you've found a bug - and I think I've just fixed it.)
The images from the File Cabinet now work perfect.
I suppose unother issue with them considering the site statistic.
