Logout not Working

I cannot seem to logout of my groupsite. When I click the logout button, I get a screen that says 404 Not Found layerx.collectivex.com/logout And, when I hit the back button, and refresh, I have not been logged out of the groupsite.

I no longer can logout. Only when using Safari.
