Difficulty in JOINING the groupsites due to technical issues.
: "I have noticed two reasons why people have failed to join our groupsite when they tried to. Both are technical issues rather than mistakes by people.
When people enter their email address, they need to enter it twice (second time against a field titled "confirm address") I have noticed some people type their postal address in the second field a.."
