Is there a way to edit the two initials that appear in the little box for each subgroup? Also, is there a way to reorganize those subgroups?

Yes. You are correct. We will be adding logo upload for subgroups within the next week or so.
Clarence, I think this feature is still not working? Also, will be able to sort the subgroups as needed (i.e. put the less frequently used ones at the bottom)?
