Can you upload videos into the filing cabinet?
If so, what is the best format for doing this?

Hi, James --
You can upload any type of file to the file cabinet, up to about 10 MB. However, other than a graphic file or PDF, members have to download the file and have software that can open or read it.
In other words, people can't immediately view videos by clicking on video files in your file cabinet. (We aren't a video serving platform).
What you can do is embed videos on the Summary page, in sidebars and on "More" pages. This blog post will show you how:
