Groupsite Backup and Recovery

What backup does Groupsite do for the sites? Can everything be recovered if your servers went down?
I'm surprised that I can't find any information on this in the documentation.

Hi, Russell. The FAQs you access from the "Help" section are mostly focused on how to use a Groupsite. Answers to more general FAQs about our service are found here:

If servers are down because of a hiccup in software, we simply restart the server and/or the system. Data is not lost (although, if you were in the Text Editor crafting a post when it happened, that draft would not be saved, having been entered on an interactive page and not yet posted to your Groupsite).
In the event of a more serious outage, such as hardware malfunction: We do back up data, daily, to multiple disks. In the event of a system-wide emergency we can perform full backup recovery. Our hardware is also fully redundant with servers hosted in a state-of-the art, secure, Tier 1 data center.
