To help members stay informed, as well as to support any member's Groupsite-related email activity, Groupsites have a message notifications feature in all Groupsites. Message notifications alert and inform members of received private messages, updates to subscribed forums and
topics, and notification of any problems with emails.
Notification indicators are visible in the Groupsite's main navigation bar:
By rolling their mouse cursor over the Notifications menu option, members can view a short summary of new and previously viewed messages:
Clicking directly on a specific message in the summary will take members to a full page view of the message they select.
By clicking on the Notifications menu option, members can go directly to the Notifications page:
