How to - Create a Custom Profile Questionnaire


Our Custom Profile Questionnaire allows you globally customize your Group Members' profiles with questions that are relevant to the purpose of your Groupsite. A Custom Profile Questionnaire is easy to implement and helps facilitate member-to-member networking. The questions and answers will be displayed in each Member's profile, visible to all in your Group.



Here's how to do it:



  1. Go to the MANAGER tab and select the GROUP SETTINGS sub-tab.

  2. Click on the CUSTOM PROFILE QUESTIONNAIRE link.

  3. Click the + ADD A QUESTION button.

  4. Follow instructions for creating your "questions and answer" format  (long, short, multiple choice, etc.)

  5. If desired, change the order of your questions. Just drag and drop them into position.




Note:  If you make a question REQUIRED, members MUST fill it in during the sign-up process. Having too many required questions could discourage some users from signing up.
