Embedding CollectiveX Web Page

I embedded the following forum I started as a web page on my organization's web site:
http://www.techlearnit.org/forum.htm
This is a public forum.
I also listed the link separately and provided the login since you can't log in from the embedded web site.
I feel that this way I can get everyone to at least visualize the forum. I am a new nonprofit - I don't get a lot of traffic. At some point, I will and so I want to at least have people see the information at a glance. To me, many times a link will be ignored.
Questions:
- Is this acceptable to this group's procedures?
- Are there any adverse ramifications presenting the forum this way? If so, what?
Note: This is not a "cheezy" way to get traffic to the site. I was concerned when I did this initially - just not sure it's acceptable.
Thanks.

Nancy - Looks good (and perfectly acceptable) to me. You do have a small typo at the beginning of your intro sentence: "Tp" should be "To"

Thanks! My eyes are the bane of my existence! And the display settings on monitors make it harder to see. If I increase the font size, it throws everything off.
